Dr. Girish Deshpande is an orthodontic specialist practicing Orthodontics for the last 20 years. Dr. Deshpande aims to provide patients with a beautiful and healthy smile while providing excellent patient care. His goal is to achieve optimal orthodontic results in an effective manner.
He has taken post-graduate courses to keep abreast with the latest developments in the orthodontic field. He has successfully treated over 2000 orthodontic patients including surgical orthodontic patients, cleft lip & palate cases and children with dento facial deformities.
Dr. Girish Deshpande utilizes early treatment approach. His treatment goal is to improve or preserve natural facial esthetics. Great amount of attention is given to nose, lip, and chin relationship and a balanced facial profile. He prefers to use non-extraction treatment mechanics .He has combined different treatment techniques and philosophies into a simplified system for easier, faster and safer orthodontic and dento facial orthopedic treatment.
Apart from using conventional colored mini braces, Dr. Deshpande uses self-ligating SPEED and NEXUS clear appliance and highly esthetic clear ceramic braces (Clarity Advanced).
